BONUS ROOM An additional trundle bed with 2 twin beds is located in the bonus room for extra sleeping space. FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN Dish ware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, salt, pepper, oil, spices, and complimentary coffee with both Keurig and drip options. Full size fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, and microwave. Washer and dryer are in the kitchen pantry with detergent provided. This is a quiet residential beach neighborhood. Our neighbors are friendly and it's common to see people walking and biking around the area. Street noise is minimal. The home is single level with step-free access throughout. Parking fits 2-3 vehicles in the driveway. If you're bringing a boat or trailer, reach out prior to booking for information on where you can park these off property. The nearest grocery store (Publix) is a short drive away (Less than 5 min). There's also an Aldi nearby for quick stops. Nokomis Beach is one of the best spots on the Gulf Coast for finding shark teeth and seashells. Kids and adults alike will love it. You're just two blocks from Nokomis Beach, tucked at the south end of Casey Key. One of those rare Gulf Coast beaches that still feels like old Florida. No crowds, no high rises, just sand and good vibes. Waterfront restaurants, casual bars, a pizza place, ice cream, a convenience store, and a local beach shop are all within walking distance. The beach is a well known spot for finding shark teeth and seashells. Most guests park the car when they arrive and don't touch it again until checkout. It's a flip flop kind of neighborhood, and that's exactly why people love it here.

Guests have private access to the entire home with 2-3 off-street parking spots, high speed wifi, central AC/Heat, washer and dryer and a partially fenced yard with a paver patio and gas grill.

Location
Everything you need is within walking distance. The beach, restaurants, bars, shops, and a convenience store are all a few blocks away. For anything further out like Sarasota or Venice, you'll want a car, but most guests find that once they park, they don't need to drive again until they leave.
