PRIVATE KING SUITE Spacious primary suite with a king bed, ensuite full bathroom, wet bar with mini fridge, 4K smart TV, a desk, and its own private entrance. Great for parents who want their own space or for grandparents traveling with the family. TWO QUEEN BEDROOMS Two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, closet, and room-darkening shades. FAMILY FRIENDLY Pack 'n play, kids dinnerware, beach toys, board games, and cards. We thought about the little things so you don't have to pack them. FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN Dishware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, salt, pepper, oil, spices, and complimentary coffee with both Keurig and drip options. Kids dishware included. GOOD TO KNOW This is a quiet residential beach neighborhood. Our neighbors are friendly and it's common to see people walking and biking around the area. Street noise is minimal. The home is single level with step-free access throughout. Parking fits 2 cars in the driveway. If you're bringing a boat or trailer, reach out prior to booking for information on where you can park these. The nearest grocery store (Publix) is a short drive away. There's also an Aldi and Wawa nearby for quick stops. Nokomis Beach is one of the best spots on the Gulf Coast for finding shark teeth and fossils. Kids and adults alike will love it. Boat ramps, fishing charters, Venice's historic downtown, and Siesta Key are all a short drive away. We have a full list of recommendations in our digital guidebook that's sent before your stay. Poco Paradiso is just two blocks from Nokomis Beach, a quiet stretch of Gulf Coast sand at the south end of Casey Key. You're walking distance to waterfront restaurants, casual bars, an ice cream shop, pizza place, a convenience store and local beach shop. Most guests never need to get in the car once they're here. The beach is also one of the best spots around to find shark teeth and seashells. The vibe around here is old Florida. This means no crowds, no high rises, just a quiet beach neighborhood where flip flops are the dress code and everything you need is right around the corner.

Guests have private access to the entire home with two off-street parking spots, free wifi, streaming services, washer and dryer and a partially fenced yard with an outdoor shower and gas grill.

Location
Everything you need is within walking distance — the beach, restaurants, bars, shops, and a convenience store are all a few blocks away. For anything further out like Sarasota or Venice, you'll want a car, but most guests find that once they park, they don't need to drive again until they leave.
