The home seemed to be everything we needed, Great location, Quiet neighborhood,
easy access to the home, Every room was clean with new appliances, beds were comfortable, Ty and Olivia quick with responding with any questions. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Ty's house. It's close to Route 41, all the shops, restaurants, and the hot springs are nearby. The house is clean and cozy. Everything is thoughtfully designed with care for guests. I recommend this wonderful house. As soon as we have the opportunity to visit North Port again, we will return to this house.

Ty’s place was just as described! It was beautiful & clean. There were lots of stores & some places to eat within a 10 minute drive & we even walked 10 minutes to an oyster bar that had great deals. Ty was super proactive & responsive. Would stay again & recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Very clean and pretty, everything you need is thought of and Ty is a great communicator. I go to the area for the springs, and they knock me out, so when I wasn't there I was sleeping :) The place also gets really great morning and evening light. My favorite places to eat are Que Rico and the K & K Bakery, which are both very close. Thank you for a lovely stay!
